White Man's blog update [2011]

Hello everybody, welcome to the "White Man's blog" once again!! Firstly, I would like to thank all the good comments and the supports everybody have been giving me, therefore I have the motivation to update on my blog. Today I am going to roughly update on myself from the date of 22th October 2010 to now 10th November.
I guess everybody must be wondering "Hey, how come this guy Karchin went missing for such a long period of time? Did he stop writing? Is the blog dead..?". Karchin actually stopped writing his blog due to ceasing of interest in writing blog and he is also rather busy in that period of time.
In this 2 years, early 2010 to late 2011, I have been studying for my ITE nitec course in Fitness Training and finally it has come to the end, I have just finished my course 2 days ago, which means I don't have to go back ITE anymore. I'm planning to slack and relax for 2 weeks, while looking for job in mean time.
From 27 June 2011 to 28 October 2011, I went to Shelton College International school to work as an assistant PE teacher, for my industrial attachment programme. Starting I was feeling a bit stressed about handling students and I don't know what to do. I was guided by the PE teacher there in that period of time and I am now able to handle it properly already. That was a rather good experience, I have met many different kind of peoples there.

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the "White Man's blog" once again! I appreciate all the attention that you guys had been giving me, Thank You so much! Today I am going to share a little bit on the sports that I'm playing.
I love swimming, basket-balling, jogging, bowling, volley-balling, playing badminton and weight lifting. I'm currently focusing more on my basket-ball's and swimming's technique, it's because that I want to swim longer inside the water and increase the chance of winning in a basketball's match.
For swimming, I prefer using breast-stroke(also known as frog-style) because I felt comfortable using it. I like to swim is because swimming has the feeling of water passing through my body, it just feels good. What I don't like about swimming is that sometimes people just like to swim into my lane, which made me left with no choice to change my lane. Other than that, I also do not like those peoples who are slacking at the end of the lane, which causes me to stop before I reached my destination.
For basket-balling, I would like to use a bit of my kungfu fighting's style when playing a match. I like basket-balling is because that I will be able to get a chance of playing with other peoples, thinking of ways to win them. I will be very happy even if I lose a match when all the participants put in their best effort playing the game. What I don't like about basketball is that I'm always unable to strike a goal when playing a match even when I am at a very close range. The reason of it must be that I am unable to concentrate well during the game play, it's my mental capability not strong enough.
For jogging, I would prefer to jog at my moderate intensity. I want to jog is because that I want my heart to become bigger and stronger, so it could pump more blood at one time. I like to jog is because that I feels good when I could run at a very fast speed, overtaking peoples that are also jogging on the running track. What I dislike about jogging is that I have to return back home after finish jogging if I jogged to a place that is too far away from my house.
For other sports, I would not concentrate so much on them is either because that I do not have the equipments with me or because that I do not have a partner.

Trip to Clarke Quey

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to my blog once again! Well, it has been quite a long time since the last time I update my blog. Today I am going to share my trip to Clarke Quey to all of you!
I received a message from my classmate that I have to go Clarke Quey on this morning, but I don't know how to go! I had never been to that place before, so I had no idea where is it. So I have decided to ask one of my friend guide me, he wanted to meet at City Hall MRT on 9.20am because we will have to reach Clarke Quey at 9.45am.
My friend was late today and I went off by myself. I was thinking, City Hall had green and red line, it was not possible for me to change to any of them because none of the lane will go to Clarke Quey straight. So I just leave the train station and ask a stranger on the directions. I followed his directions and took the bus number that he told me, I had the bus driver guiding me after wards. When I have reached my destination, the bus driver says "Clarke Quey is at the middle". I get down the bus and take a look, what am I going to do here today? I look at the middle, which was what the bus driver told me, that was a river! I was thinking, what will I be doing at the river today? I looked around and there was nobody at all, then I gave my friend a call and asked him that where should I go. He told me, go to the MRT station. I was thinking, you want me go back City Hall again? OMG! So I started to ask someone on how to go MRT station, the person gave me the directions and I was able to find my way there. I saw my classmates and lecturers finally when I arrived the MRT station. That was the Clarke Quey MRT station, my friend should tell me the way to that station earlier.
When my friend arrived, we went to kopitiam to take some beverage on the fourth level. We went to the toilet after wards, I went to relieve myself and my friend went to style his hair. I found that the toilet has no cubical, so I just went to the one with door. My door was only closed half way during that time and my friend saw a girl coming out from one of the toilet. When we leave the toilet, my friend look at the male/female sign and told me that it was the girl's toilet. Hahaha, that was hilarious! When I recall, I was following my friend during that time and he walked into the girl's toilet while both of us did not notice.
After wards, we went to learn a new form of exercise which was holding a chopstick in one of our hand and do some movements which require us to move our muscles.

Welcome everybody, I'm back to update my blog today! I'm happy that you guys have been enjoy reading my blog, thanks for the comments :) Okay, what am I doing recently?
I had been working, studying and playing.
Argh.. Some people ask "Why work?", "What are you working as?" and "Where do you work?", these are the favorite question usually asked by my friend.
I am working as a retail assistant, located at Jurong Point. Why work? So simple.. Everybody works for the sake of money, no money no talk :) Am I right?
I had been talking with people around me more often recently, I felt that I've changed. I used to be a very quiet person, used to be very lonely and also used to be very shy. I wanted to make more friend, to be more friendly and to become a better person.

My experience for jogging

Welcome everybody once again, welcome to my blog. I had a two weeks holiday because of YOG (Youth Olympic Games), which starts from this week. Today I'm gonna share some of my experience to you guys :)
Few days ago, I am so bored that I want to do something, so I decided to go for a jog. The jog was fantastic, it was my first time experiencing that. I warm up by running a short distance at the canal running track(near my house area), follow by some stretching at the end of running track. I cross the road to the park after stretching and start my jogging, I jog all the way via chinese garden towards Taman Jurong and then took a short break over there.
I started to jog back after the break via bus 98's road, my temperature went up tremendously and I was exhausted once I reached home. I felt very energetic and happy after having a jog, that was what I experienced.

Yo, welcome to my blog!! Today I'm gonna talk a little bit about my past.
In primary school, I used to play duel master's card game with my class mates. I would usually go to the card shop and buy packs of card, this must depend on your luck whether what kind of card you are going to get. We would every time bring our card deck to school, we will play during the recess. In primary school, we are not allowed to bring our bag with us during the recess time. Normally there will be thieves trying to steal ohter people's possession during recess time, so I am always afraid that someone might touch my bag.
In my opinion, I would rather carry my bag along with me than to leave it inside the classroom. Unless the class could be lock until teacher is back, then I will choose to leave my bag there.

Good morning, Good afternoon and Good evening guys! Welcome to my blog!! Today I'm gonna share a bit on my recent activities and some stories, to let you all know more about me.
[Activities]
Today I woke up so early in the morning because of diarrhea, it was killing me and I'm almost half died right now x_x I gonna go workout in gym later on and after that go play basketball with my friend "Leslie" as today I got no work.
Yesterday I went to work at new job, it was very slack man.. After that I went to eat roti prata for supper, I think it's the roti prata that causes me to have diarrhea man.
These few days I had been watching digimon using computer and watching one piece using handphone.
[Story Telling Time]
Yo! It's story telling time again!! People who are interested please come closer to me and everyone try to close up the gaps.
I got a story about me and my good friend long time ago when I was still primary three studying in Jurong Primary School. I likes to draw a lot in primary school, I draw during lesson, after lesson and even at home. My good friend and me used to play games using just paper and pencils, it was fun even though the game were just using paper and pencils. We used to eat together, we compete and see who eat the fastest. During one of the remedial lesson, I was amazed by his shaker mechanic pencil. I borrow it from him and I played with it, I shake the mechanic pencil until the lids flew off and landed at my teacher's leg. I can't stop laughing during that time and I don't dare to pick the lid up, so I want my friend to help me pick it up. He really dare go there and pick the lid up and I just can't stop laughing, it was my fault and I should be the one who pick the lid up. During that time, I really salute him because he was very brave.

Hi guys, sorry huh.. I'm lazy to write my blog past few weeks, but don't worry because now I'm back!! Welcome the world most infamous man, Lim! Kar! Chin!! Welcome him back!! Okay, I had sketch out a schedule for myself. The schedule is to help me manage my own time, to achieve more, to be organized. I heard that there was a CCA for swimming, I'm interested to join.. The trainings are on Monday and Thursday, my main objective for joining that CCA was just to pick up a new skill as I do not know how to swim. Okay, now let's talk about.. My status!! WOW!! Some of you guys started to get excited!! Actually my status were still remain as single because till now I still could not find a girl yet. Haha, I wish I could find one soon. I went back to the gym everyday recently, wanted to stay fit and healthy by exercising. [I also want to build my muscles back]

Erm.. I am feeling a little bit depressed now because of some reasons. I know I am sucks, I am lousy. Why? First reason is because I was not good at playing dota, there are people saying that I am lousy because I keep feeding enemy. This is quite sad but never mind, it was just a game. Secondly is because I could not do well in napha test, I was not strong physically. My pull up can only do 8 times, sit up only can do 30+, standing board jump cannot jump further than 200, shutter run only can do 11sec+, sit and reach only 30+ and 2.4km cannot run faster than 12minutes. Last reason was because I had a friend who was very depressed and I tried to talk to her. She seems like don't like this world, like don't want to live anymore. I must change her mindset, I cannot let her continue like that. But I think because I was damn lousy until I made her feel sicked. I just want to care about her as a friend, to let her know that there are still people who care about her. Okay.. Now I think I don't disturb her already, let her be.

Hi everyone, I am back to update my blog. Okay, lets talk about my holidays. I just started going to gym a few days ago, although it was tough to start exercising back but I still have to endure. With a good exercising habit, I could lead a healthier lifestyle. I want to keep myself healthy, I want to stop being so lazy. I would not be able to use my computer often nowadays. I just bought a new set of DVD(神话-The Myth), I am chasing the show is because it was a very interesting show. Okay, if you guys want know more about this show, please go and watch yourself. Actually I also never do much things on these few days lah.. That time my birthday, 26th March I celebrate with my family in the night. On 27th March, I went to celebrate with 6peoples at The Chevrons, IMM and Jurong Point. On 28 to 30, I went to chalet with my currently class mates. On 31th March, I went to jurong point in the morning to buy the DVD and afternoon went to swim with Francis. After that everyday chiong that show, the show was too interesting already.

On 27 March, I celebrate my birthday with the KOS and some other friends. There are 7 persons all together including me.
On that day, I have to go and get my cake on 1pm that I had ordered two days ago.
After that, I waited for everybody to reach my house so I can start blowing the candles.
We went to The Chevrons to play bowling after we finish eating the cake.
After bowling, three person had to go. Left me, Leslie, Kangjun and Yongwee. We went to eat subway, I bought the 12 inch. After that we went to Jurong point to play arcade and we went home at 10pm. I was addicted to the Daytona and I kept playing that game.
I went to eat supper with Leslie at the coffee shop near my house after we were back and we had fun.

I am injured! Yesterday I went to cycle with my friend, this is the second time I cycled in the night. First time was during my over night cycling, that time our whole Scouts troop went to cycle together at Choa Chu Kang. My friend called me at 8.30pm yesterday and told me that he was nearby my house during that time, he wanted me to join him cycling to relieve his boredom. When I met him, I told him that I could not cycle well because I too long did not ride the bicycle already. On the way to our destiny, I fell off to the grass when I was just using my leg to push myself. When we was heading back from our destiny, I tried to over take my friend's bike. Unfortunately, I lost my balance and flied off from my bike. I injured somewhere near my right knee, somewhere near my right elbow and four of my left hand's phalanges. I cycle slowly back to my house, using more of my left leg's strength to paddle because my right leg was injured. Others are just some minor injuries, no point saying them out. I wish that my skins can grow back faster, I wish that my phalanges injuries can recover faster so I would be able to crunch my fist back again!

OMG!! I am feeling very painful now yet I am feeling very shiok at the same time. You all know why? Okay, let me tell you all the story which had happened just now. I went to play basketball after my lesson had ended this afternoon. I like to play with the ball every times, I always like to punch the ball up to the sky and always like to turn around and shoot. Just now, I fell down when I turned to my right. My left foot did not land on the floor before I fell down and it was happening too fast. I hit my left body, which was left leg, left hips and left arm. After I finished playing basketball in school, I went back to Jurong area to eat my lunch. I went home after having my lunch to play some computer games, I played a game with computers. My friend sent me a message for inviting me to play a basketball game. Therefore, I agreed and I went to pump my basketball's air for getting ready to play with him. At there, I fell down again when I was playing a match game with one guy that I do not know. It was really ridiculous, I could fall down two times in a day.. But at the same time, I also feeling very shiok because I flied just now! I flied when I turned to my right just now, my friends and myself was laughing sia... That feeling in the air was damn shiok.

WTF? The back of my foot was bleeding non-stop...

I had a corn & callus on the back of my foot, I must apply the medicated corn and callus remover liquid all the time to cure that. It worked this way, I must apply the liquid on my corn and wait for the liquid to turn into solid form. I have to wait few days for the solid to dry, have to use something sharp to scrip away that piece of solid(keep repeating the process until the corn is fully removed). This corn had been staying with me for many months, I can say that it is getting closer to one year. Today I went to remove that solid until it left the corn itself and I tried to scrip a bit of the corn. You all know what? The eye of the corn there, it bleed!! It was bleeding non-stop and I do not know what should I do.. I went to my toilet to wash it for a few minutes but it just don't stop.. After that, I jumped out with one leg and holding the other leg with my hand, I placed a tissue on the injury after that. What I have to do was, I jumped again with my tissue covering the injury to my bedroom in order to get my plaster. Finally, I solved the problem.. Haiz... -_-!!!

Stop hurting me like a fish!!

In my mind, it is okay to like many people but only can love one. I always had no friend in my course, every time walked alone, go out alone and never really speak to anyone. Now what I am going to do is to be friendly, make friend with as many people as possible. But you all know what? There is a girl in my course ignored me when I am here trying to make friend with her, I felt very upset, how could she treat me in this manner? The fact is, I don't like the girl, I just want to be her friend. Then sometime I only mention her name, my friend kept saying I like her. Okay, now I am enough of her, lets don't mention about her anymore. I went to my scouts today, I was caught in the rain on the way back to school with my lunch. My shoes are wet now, unable to wear it tomorrow so I had to wear my another shoe. I have not test the shoe yet, I will buy a new one if I cannot wear that. By the way, you guys know fish right? How would a person responds to a fish when the fish is talking to them?

Milo triathlon

I went to volunteer in milo triathlon's event today, actually I do not want to sleep but I found myself sleepy after watching my show for a while. I slept at 1am+, I set my alarm as 2.30am and eventually I placed my phone beside me. I should never put my phone beside me because I could easily off the alarm just by pressing one button without walking towards it, by walking can help me to get myself awake. I was partially regretted, I woke up at 4.20am as Clement called me. That time he asked me, "Where are you now?", I thought because I am late so he told me this.. Actually there was some problem with the buses and eventually I just rush out from my house without noticing that I was wearing my slipper!! Stupid Clement did not tell me earlier that the bus was not coming, I had to get the taxi driver make a U turn back to get my shoe because I was too nervous during that time. If he told me earlier, I could save my taxi fare because I could eventually get the next taxi driver to drive me directly to Sentosa. What I do was, I took three taxi!! Expensive sia!!! In the end I got no money to pay for the last taxi fare and luckily Clement was there to help me pay. ~What kind of nonsense is this?~ Shawn and me was together in the station and we also went to slack for a while. After the event ended, I went home straight to sleep until night.

In the past, I saw a girl, a pretty girl sitting in the canteen. I wanted to know her name but I do not dare to approach her, I wish that one day she could walk up to me and speak to me. After a period of time, I get to know two friends from my online game, they are also from the same school as me. One day I talked to one of them, I told him about the girl in my school, he told me that he actually do know her. Her name is called "Karen", she had a good friend called "Huihui". So what he going to do is, he introduced me Huihui as he gave me her msn, wanted me to seek help from her. I got Karen's msn from her, and this is how I get to know Karen, the gorgeous girl in my school. I really like her because I got crushed into her that time, but I had a timid characteristic and do not dare to approach her in front of her friends. The most sad thing happened to me was that she always stick to her friends no matter where she go. I had no chance to get close to her and I don't know what to do after that. I always wished that I could have the chance to talk to her, in msn or what. The moment I see she online, I will feels very happy and went up to talk to her. She is a kind girl that willing to talk to me when I need her, she had a stead so I just had to let go. I had no choice and I treat her as my good friend. She really makes a good friend to me, I am so fortunate to have such beautiful friend like her. Now, I still like her, but I like her as my friend this time round. Haha, Karen, you are my best friend. Are you touched?

Everything in this world has two sides, the black and the white, the good and the bad. I find myself talking to my dog when I feels lonely, sometimes even play with them on my bed. I often see the lizard in my house appear in my toilet. I am going to sentosa tomorrow for the milo triathlon event, will be station at the transition area. I went to my secondary school to get my N level cert today after school, finally I get my N level cert.. I am going to get myself trained for the nafa test, so I will pass the nafa with distinction. ~HAHA~ I don't really know what had happened to me these a days because I don't really interested to know. Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!! I now just received a good answer from one of my friend, felt very very happy when I got that answer. I was feeling that I am going to fly already, HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Wahahahaha~!!!!!~

OMG! I gonna aim full mark for tomorrow's test, which is Effective Communication(EFC)! Okay, let me share a bit of my lifestyle to you guys readers. I am still me, have not changed at all yet after so many years. I lead freedom lifestyle, I am independent. I still have a wish that have not come true yet. I am very happy, because I just bought a new show!! I want to cut my hair, I want to be looking active a little bit more. With my currently hair, it does not make me feels active. My birthday is coming!!(29march2010) I am celebrating on 27march2010, I will give out the invitation cards soon, maybe this week. I will be training myself tomorrow, there will be few choices which I have to choose. Basketball, jogging or gym. Most likely will be combination of jogging and gym or jogging and basketball. I would make the training session in the afternoon for gym or basketball and jogging in the night. Anybody interested in joining my training program just give me a call. I am not very good until can get medals but I am also not very bad because I am not the last few person. What I can say is, I tried my best and I endure very long to get this position. On the New Year Eve, I went to my grandparents house to sit sit... They ordered buffet and I feel that it does not taste good lo.. After that, I went to bowling in the night with my brother and cousins. I broke my record and I took photo of my record.

Today I got no lesson, just went to school waiting for my teacher to do some admin stuff with those people who need to buy uniform. Until 10am, everybody change into PE attire and went to the basketball court for some captains ball game. As per normal, we will do our warm up before we play our game. The warm up make until my leg very tired, I was like wtf because my leg got no strength when the game started and caused me unable to run. What I did was I just stay at my position waiting for the ball to come and pass to my captain. After finish school, I walked to West mall and walk walk until I don't know where am I walking to.. After awhile bump into some friends in my course and they invited me to join them in arcade, then I just accompany them to the arcade and play a little bit. I went to eat some subway and walked home, walked for 1hrs.. Walk to blk 500+ to find a friend, jog home after that and jog to basketball court bringing my basketball there. After that play until 5pm then get dinner and walked home.

Now I am playing basketball with him most of the time, played until around 10pm everyday. He is a friendly guy who teach me how to play well in basketball, play with me so I am not playing alone.

Winning a war

Today's topic is to win a war, we had to prepare a lot of things before we can win a war. What I mean by winning a war is that getting high score(good results) in studies. Before we can win a war, we must get our equitments such as those admin stuffs.. Need to get our uniform, need to get a sports shoe, a set of pens, foolscap, textbooks and those paper things that teacher gave us. We only can start the war after we get our equitment ready. When you sit on the 4pointer seat, you are showing everybody that you are determined to aim for a 4pointer for your GPA. I must try my best to concentrate during lesson even though I feel sleepy, I can always sleep at home if I feel sleepy. Other than studying, must also remember to exercise so that you will be keeping yourself fit and healthy. Only can study well when you are healthy as you won't fall sick easily. Stay healthy diet, do not take so much fast food. Control the money you spent so you can play hard with the money you save up. Study hard play hard, so must save money from now on for the sake of playing.

KFC JE2 memories... (Start working-orientation)

On 2nd June 2008(Monday), I went to cut my hair with Jiewei at Xquizit before we went to the KFC. We went to buy two pairs of black socks before we went to work, we must wear black socks and black shoes to there. The manager(Rosita) wanted us to report there at 2pm, we saw Meijiao, BengTeck and his stead that time when we go there. The manager(Sammi) gave me L size uniform, it look quite okay but the pants is a bit too short. Jiewei took the size XXXL for his uniform, I was shocked when I heard the XXXL because it was so big sia. We were introduced to the crews there, Jinheng(Cook), Lirui and Audrey(Base), auntie Jenny(Cashier) and Andrew(Lobby). On that day, Sammi gave us position, I am Base and Jiewei Cook. We study the file she gave us first until 3pm+ and so we start to do some hands on, Jiewei will be teach by Jinheng and I will be teach by Audrey. I prefer Audrey teach because I do not understand what Lirui was talking about all the time, that time I still do not know her long enough yet so I cannot understand what she is talking. The next day of working, Audrey was not working and had to depend on Lirui.. I was thinking, now Audrey not here anymore, die liao la.. I catch no balls of what Lirui is trying to teach me, I end up asking other people to teach me again.. Like Zhen Yu, I ask him to teach me because he is Singaporean, easier to communicate. I felt very happy everyday because I learn a lot things about KFC, I learn how to cook products, make burgers and get to eat free meals in KFC. I like KFC since I was young, so glad to get into this job.

KFC JE2 memories... (Getting a job)

On 30th may 2008(Friday), I feel very boring staying at home and so I decided to get a job in KFC. On that day, I first called Kangjun around 11am but he did not pick up the phone, so I decided not to ask him go already. I was afraid to go there alone so I decided to ask Jiewei, he told me that he was also feeling bored at home and also want get a job so we went there together. I wanted to get the job in KFC long ago before that day but I do not know what to do. We was very nervous on that day because we do not dare to ask them for job vacancy. In the end I was the one who wanted auntie Jenny to get manager for us. That day the manager(Sandy) given us the form to fill up and wanted us to go home first, she said that will call me later. I waited for whole day and get no call, I was very nervous and cannot get to sleep on that day so I decided to go there find the manager again the next day. On 31th may 2008(Saturday), I went to the KFC again on the night together with my cousin(Kelvin) and ask the manager(Rosita) about it. She gave me interview and told me to report at KFC on 2nd June 2008 together with Jiewei, I was feeling very happy that day because I finally get a job!!

Today my lesson ends at 12pm, I went to gym together with Shawn immediately after I finished my lesson. I wanted to train my whole body at the first place but Shawn told me he wanted to go home already, so I just stop training after doing my last set of leg muscles exercise. Today I trained my leg, briceps and traps. I went to play basketball in evening, I found out from my friend that got someone's phone got stolen. Feeling sad for that guy because the phone was a iphone, the phone was so expensive and he can just leave it on the floor. If it was me, I wont leave my phone on the floor no matter how much it cost. All of you who were reading my posts, please take note that you should not leave your belonging unattended. People might just take your belongings for good and you will regret it. Today went to play basketball, can say I play basketball almost everyday bah.. I want to train my aiming because my aiming is really lousy, always cannot goal. I am now trying cut down drinking sweet drinks because I always drank coke and I knew it was bad for my health. I want to get high score for my exams, so I had to work harder. Today I learned a few words from my FOA lesson, I learned names of the skeleton parts. Erm, got anatomical position, a lot of words that I still can't remember all of them yet. Those words are not hard to remember la, just need to know how to use them frequently so will be easier getting them into our head. Got 206 bones but i think we just need to remember 20 can already. Good discount ah? 90 percent discount, good enough le. haha.. okay I will just write until here for today's post, bye!

Today my "mentor" want us to change into sports wear after lunch and dun wan us to ask her why because she says she dun wan to explain everything all the times. This lesson which I dunno wad is it and I do a lot of exercise which I dunno wad is the reason I am doing it for. We are dismissed after the dunno wad lesson and went to gym to try the equitments out. After that I went to play basketball with a lot peoples because I want to join in and had a lot of fun there. I had a lot of fun is not because I win the matches, is because I shoot in quite a lot balls and was so happy. I am very happy every times I shoot in the ball. Today was a wonderful day because I had fun at basketball, I know I am not very good at it but I can try to improve my skills. Today, I take bus back to jurong after finish school. I get down the bus at jurong east because I feel like eating the lemon chicken rice for my lunch, after that walked home. I feel like walking to my kfc there, I saw the swimming pool there was so quiet and went to take a look. Oh.. the swimming pool was under construction, only competition pool, jakuzee and slide tower was available. I walked back home, saw the canal was dried and only a bit of waters. Today, I have the intention to go Singapore Scouts Association at bishan to buy my Scouts venture uniform. When I reached there, I tried to open the gate and I found out the gate is unable to open. Which means.... The Scouts shop inside there was closed!!!!! WTH!!! What a WONDERFUL trip man!!! I was damn pissed off because I spent 40minutes traveling there and I get nothing, wasting my time man!

Okay, I am not going to waste this trip, I gonna make it a really WONDERFUL day. I went to Subway ordered a footlong meal for just 12.80 dollars only.
Today onwards, I don't want wear Scouts uniform anymore! Because of the stupid Scouts shop, I went there two time and both time was closed. Lazy to go there already la..

Wah sia la, tomorrow got camp at the discovery centre sia.. Just bought my toiletries and insect repellent, at quite cheap price around 7dollar plus all together only.

Just now I went to play basketball with friends, go there to burn away some of the fats from the food I eaten in the afternoon. I like basketball, i like to hit people's ball away, like to become a defender. I want to play because I can stay healthy and also can have fun.

I want to play bowling, so I am trying to get some friends to go together with me. I think next week I will be free on weekends because I will not be working on next week.

I need money... Like that then have to go work already.. Sad sia, got no time to work because I have school on weekdays and need to relax on weekends. If my time table is here... It will be easier for me to plan my time, noob teachers man. So I just need my time table.. HaiZ..

I think... everything... after next week will be stabilized.. Those teachers in my course caused my lifestyle to become unstable.. The FT uniform, the PE shirts, the books, the time table all have to wait for them to come.. They are so slow man, I need my time table so I can plan my schedule. I need my PE shirts so I can wear that during PE lessons. I need all my textbooks so I can use it for references. I already got my FT uniform, but before that have to wear my stupid home clothes, feeling very strange for wearing my home clothes to school sia..

Now my lifestyle is like sux loh.. I hate my lifestyle sia, because I do not have my timetable. I wish the teachers can just faster give them to us, then I will be more happy.

I guess I was crushed with a girl working same line as me, I wanted to woo her because I want to get a stead. I wish I may success this time, I will try my best to woo her. This time round, I am not going to woo a girl by using my luck but I gonna woo her with my heart, I wish I could win her heart by using my heart. She is a beautiful girl who wins my heart by her appearance, I got attracted by her when I went to her store.

At first I do not dare to get number from her but in the end I told myself "Karchin, you must, no matter what you also must get the number from her! If you do not take now, next time you won't have the chance to get from her anymore." ... Then I went to give her my number so she can give me a message. I am so glad that she is single and I think I gonna work hard in order to win her heart.

Today is Thursday, which is forth day of studying in Bukit Batok ITE.
At there, I see many new things.
1)I see new studying environment(which is AVA room - aircon room)
2)I see new faces and old faces(new friends and old friends)
-my old friends means those people I known them already
3)I see my future school during the talk.(will moved there by july at chua chu kang campus)

New changes, a lot new changes I got...
1)Last time : I always one person or sometime together with KOS
Now : I can go out with new friend together after school but quite boring..
I go with them shiok sia, got girls go together with me. I felt so fortunate ^_^
In the past I go out with KOS, got no girls join us de. So boring..
2)Last time : I always had to keep very short hair and need to wear school uniform
Now : My course got own uniform so it is different from others. Do not need to wear uniform because mine is FT polo-t and track pants.
3)Last time: Had to wake up at 5.45am to do clean ups.
Now : Can wake up at 6.45am(1more hrs of sleeping time)

I think I remember last few many days, I went to my new hongkahsecondary school for scouts activity.
That day I went to take some photo of myself because I love to take photo of myself so I asked my friend to help me take photo. This two photos are my taken by my friend by using my phone. Let me show it to everyone.

I want to buy new phone, I have quite a few many reasons for it for the reason of buying a new phone.

Okay, now let me state the reasons of why I want to change a new phone.
Firstly, my phone is just a phone. No slide, no touch screen, not fun.
Secondly, my phone speaker has no quality. The sounds does not taste good.
Thirdly, my phone camera is only 2megapixel and the quality sucks.
Forthly, my phone does not have an attractive looking.
Fithly, my phone does not have wifi and unable to access internet.

Okay, now let me tell you all what kind of phone I want to buy.
I want a slide with touch screen phone!
I want to have wifi function!!
I want to have a memory card of at least 2MB!!!

I had been working these few days.. Wanted to earn money and to keep me away from boredom, but sometimes got people want to ask me go out when I am working on that day.

But please la, anyone wants to call me out please tell me earlier so I can plan my own schedule.

I need to plan which day I cannot work, so must give me the dates you all want me to go out. Working is good and sometimes bad. It is good because it gives me money, give me free foods to eat, give me something to do. I am okay with the roasters they plan for me but I am not okay when the manager changed my roaster last minute. Because I already planned what to do after the working schedule, in the end they go change then I cannot continue what I want to do.

The other part I do not like my work is when they ask me help here and help there, is like I cannot concentrate on one station so it is like WTF lol. Or rather, WTD.

I enjoy working there because I am not working alone, I still have partners in my stations.. I like base the most because I do not have to face the customers, can rest awhile after standby finish products. If base jam, it will affect cashier and will affect the customers and will get more more complains.. Lol.

I got no comments of working as cashier, because cashier do not need to rush but need to face the customers instead.

For cook, it is good because it is very fun doing the chickens. But cook sides do not have partners, no people to talk with.. So emo.. LOL.

For floor... that one is best, the most slack stations among all. But many people says that floor is very embarrassing when your friend see you cleaning the place. But actually floor is very slack.

For home delivery, I actually do not know how to pack, but I know how to read the orders they give. That one is quite easy to learn.

For all the stations, the main point is that I must work fast so I do not jam my stations, and it would not affect other people, the other stations and customers.

Wow, I next week high man... I actually only want to put myself work for 4days(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), but I think I better work one more day so can earn more money and so I added Wednesday. Today my manager called me and wanted me to work one more Sunday for him, in the end I just said okay. So I will be working 6days for next week(Monday-Friday and Sunday) for 5pm to 10pm. So high man... I was like WTD -_-!!!
But never mind as I can earn more money in this way, I can earn back those money that I have been spending away and keep me away from boredom.

I likes to eat these foods that have spices, I likes them very much. But because of my hair, I also don't know why my hair will be very itchy when I smelled the spices food. It makes me feel irritate when I cannot scratch my head when eating as it was not hygiene.

I like this because it taste really good but it causes me unable to sleep. Today I did not sleep because yesterday I drank too much frappe... sad...

Conclusion:
I will never drink that damn frappe again anymore, I do not want to stay overnight once again. I want to try drink some beers, I had never tried before so I want to try.

Wa sian sia.. this week N-level English, Chinese and Social Studies. This week only can slack after Wednesday last paper which was Chinese's listening comprehension and Social Studies. After exam I went to my friend's house to study science, wanted to buck up on my science and geography which was the only subjects I am not good in. I still can make it in my Maths, so I do not need to worry about my Maths. I want to chiong Science this week, next week slack a bit and next week have Prelims for Maths and Science. Now I am using all what I have, then after next month 8/10/2009 I can slack all the way le. Next month 5/10 to 8/10 will be my N-level exam for Science, Maths and Geography. I will chiong Science this week for my prelims, after that slack. After that if I want then I study Geography.

My unstoppable arms

My hand's deadskins were irritating, everytime my hands grow deadskins because of doing pull up. Pull ups or dumbells will cause deadskins to grow on hands because of friction. If we do not want to have deadskins, just try not to make any friction between hand and dumbell or pullup's bar. Deadskin are irritating, they usually causes our hand to be rough. I always peel them off when I had it, my finger nails are short so it was hard for me to peel them with my nails. To prevent this just be careful and lookout when doing pull ups or using dumbells. For my body muscles, I love my arm the most and so I only focus on arms muscles. Arms consists of briceps, forearms and deltoids and I like briceps most^_^

No KFC no life, KFC never die. I eat Zinger burger every time I when I work, I felt bored the moment I saw the burger and spoil my mood to eat. So I change the appearance of Zinger burger from burger appearance to salad appearance. This is how my lunch/dinner look like>>

It was delicious, the ingredients of the foods in plate are consists of 2x zinger meat, Mayonnaise and lettuce. Other than these, I also eat a medium whip potato and drink a cup of Pepsi. A lot foods are not available in KFC is because they are created by me, example: cheese fries(x-shape mayonnaise), Twister(Don't put strips inside, put zinger meat), Zinger(all ingredients are cut into small pieces) and many more. I like to eat them but they are not available outside, only can eat when I was working as I made the food myself... -_-!!!
I feel very shiok when I eat the foods, because they are too delicious^^ hahaha

Today woke up at usual time 5.40am, so boring every time so early wake up so early reach the school. Damn school, move so far away from my house make me had to take bus there. There will be many people in bus if I leave home too late, so I had to wake up earlier and take early bus... I did that from last year till now, so tired. I decided tomorrow wake up at 5.50am and second alarm at 5.55am, do not want to wake up so early again.. Today recess I went to do some pull ups as usual for everyday with my friend Zachary Ko Weijing. After that I lost 70percent of my strength and my friend Lee Yong Wee still dare not play arm wrestling with me, this shows that he was even scared to play with a person who has left 30percent of strength. So lousy, throw my face. After school went to buy a bun and went to watch my scout members doing the flag pole, then went to do 9pull ups again. ^^ After that went to block 493 bought cheese fries and a bottle of coke home to enjoy life. -_-!! ^_^ @.@

Wow, today I have nothing to do after school, so I decided to go home and watch my Heavenly Sword & Dragon Saber show. No one was at home at this period. I was feeling tired after watching for few hours, so i decided to take a sleep. I had a good sleep until Kangjun called me at 8pm+. He called me and wanted me to play the game dota with him.. Normally I don't see him call me for a dota game, but today i was sleeping and he called me(not at the right time). I ate my dinner and went to play with him.. 好快啊，好快要考N-level了。。好想快点考完试，不要再读书了想要放假。放假时我要和我的朋友一起去度假，我在期待那一天。。希望考试能考得好，希望能够找到喜欢的人（应为世界上没有一个适合我），就算有也很难追到而把我弄得没信心去追了。好累啊。。。学业，女人，钱。。这些都是我要的都是我梦寐以求的。如果可以考得好成绩，能找到我要的女人，和找到薪水高的工作那就好了。

保龄球

今天我和四大天王与我的同学，zachary 去打保龄球。今天我们打四场，四场我都拿第一，真高兴！我还破了我自己最高的记录，上回我拿最高只有八十多分而现在我拿了一百十一分！后面最后三场，拿三个STRIKE啊！！我拿一百十一分，然后Jiewei拿四十五分而Yongwee拿三十九分。 Zachary拿八十三而Kangjun那最少的就是十三分！！！搞笑的Kangjun吃了六粒鸡蛋还不够跑去买Fish And Chip来吃。

这是我们的分数。第一个是我，名叫做KingOfSlacker。第二就是Jiewei的，名叫做KingOfSabotage。第三是Yongwee，叫做KingOfSlope。第四是Zachary，名叫做Random。他说他刚破记录，和我一样。最后是Kangjun，名叫做Cyclone，应该放KingOfSmoker才对才像样嘛。。

我写华文是有特别原因的，你们看大家的网站都是些英文，多没兴趣没新鲜感。我觉得用华文没错，再怎么说只要我喜欢就行了吗，大家说对不对。我们在自己的网站写东西的目的就是要为了写出心中所想要写给大家看的东西吗，为什么一定要用英文来写，可以用我们熟悉的语文来写的吗。读那么多英文还不够啊？现在是个好机会让你们华人来增强你们的华文。我这个人很想多练华文，我最讨厌英文了而也是我最差的科目。可是为了考试我必须多读英文多些英文但也不能辜负了华文。我这个人最喜欢打保龄球了，是我的喜好。好了今天就到此为止，改天有时间再回来写，再见了。

　　“天之道，损有余而补不足，是故虚胜实，不足胜有余。其意博，其理奥，其趣深，天地之象分，阴阳之候列，变化之由表，死生之兆彰，不谋而遗迹自同，勿约而幽明斯契，稽其言有微，验之事不忒，诚可谓至道之宗，奉生之始矣。假若天机迅发，妙识玄通，成谋虽属乎生知，标格亦资于治训，未尝有行不由送，出不由产者亦。然刻意研精，探微索隐，或识契真要，则目牛无全，故动则有成，犹鬼神幽赞，而命世奇杰，时时间出焉。
　　五藏六府之精气，皆上注于目而为之精。精之案为眼，骨之精为瞳子，筋之精为黑眼，血之精力络，其案气之精为白眼，肌肉之精为约束，裹撷筋骨血气之精而与脉并为系，上属于脑，后出于项中。故邪中于项，因逢其身之虚，其人深，则随眼系以入于脑，入手腼则脑转，脑转则引目系急，目系急则目眩以转矣。邪其精，其精所中不相比亦则精散，精散则视歧，视,歧见两物。
　　阴极在六，何以言九。太极生两仪，天地初刨判。六阴已极，逢七归元太素，太素西方金德，阴之清纯，寒之渊源。
　　第一重诀曰：子午卯酉四正时，归气丹田掌前推。面北背南朝天盘，意随两掌行当中。意注丹田一阳动，左右回收对两穴。拜佛合什当胸作，真气旋转贯其中。气行任督小周天，温养丹田一柱香。快慢合乎三十六，九阳神功第一重。每日子、午、卯、酉四正时，找一阴气重的地方，最好为四高中低。面北而坐，五心朝天，静心绝虑，意守丹田，到一阳初动之时，双手在胸前合什，指尖朝前。引丹田之气沿督脉上行，任脉下归丹田。如此待小周天三十六圈。由慢至快。气归丹田后，双掌前推，掌心向前，掌指朝天，气行两掌。双掌指下垂，掌指朝下，掌心朝下，迅速收回，左手掌心对准气海穴，右手掌心对准命门穴，真气随手式成螺旋状贯入气海、命门两穴。汇于丹田内。如此意守下丹田一柱香的时间。待此功练有一定功力，能收发自如，有抗寒之功时可修第二重。
　　第二重诀曰：极寒午时正，独坐寒冰床。裸体面朝北，气行小周天。五心朝天式，打开丹田门。寒气螺旋入，收发当自如。合和汇丹田，落雪雪不化。缩如一寒珠，雪落无化雪。扩为雾环身，九阴第二重。每日午时，找一极寒之地，面北背南，五心朝天，坐于寒冰床上（一种玉、一年四季都如寒冰一样）。今人练习可在冰或雪上练习，静心绝虑，启动周天三十六圈，意守丹田片刻，打开气海、命门两穴，分别成螺旋状入寒气，吸一柱香的时间后，关闭以上两穴，丹田内有一寒球再不停的旋转，越转越大，至到隔体三丈远，收回。如此反复八十一次，练到雪花落体而不化，放气时雪花距体三尺不落为功成。
　　第三重诀曰：法如第二重，阴阳互相克。意在修罡气，热火不侵法。阳中求真阴，九阴第三重。每日子时，找一极热之地，坐于火鼎之上（今人练习坐在铁板上，下面加火，应慢慢加热，以不能忍耐为度）。面北背南，五心朝天，静心绝虑，起动丹田寒气防止热气侵入，其方法就是第二重所练寒气用以抗热量。此乃“真阳中求真阴”。
　　第四重诀曰：法如第三重，阴合阴为生。同为修罡气，静流极之法。以阴练真阴，九阴第四重。不拘时间，找一静止不动的水池，五心朝天，坐于湖底，静心绝虑，水位不过脖子，运行丹田真气用以抗水之压力，其方法与第三重相同，待体入水，而衣不湿为成。然后找有流动河水中练，急流下练，而衣不湿为成。到此《九阴神功》成。如用掌把真气放出击人，就是催心掌。
　　第五重采气大法訣曰：采气不在气，口闭双目开。玄机在于目，神气乾鼎聚。此法为增进内力之法，用以目吸聚宇宙内的精气，主要是修炼双眼，使双眼在对敌时能求察分明，并有摄取敌人神魂之效。每日太阳将出之际，站于高处，双眼平视太阳，带双眼发热时，意念太阳之气由双目吸入汇于上丹田，吸汇到一定程度自天目穴射出，在由双眼收回，如此反复。
　　《横空挪移》螺旋九影，左右挪移，其聊不为，以气行之，可幻化九影诱敌。如加九阴白骨爪其威力可增十倍。如何横空挪移可据个况自定，今公之二法以参考。
　　诀曰：左转一，左转半。右转一，右转半。左右转一为不一，横空旋较为太一。
　　诀曰：左旋右旋天地旋，左踏右空平地旋。合手阴阳为上旋，右踏左空旋不为。
　　虽为身法，实含玄理。须参照“九阴行功诀曰”进行，以防走火。习此功主要为子、午两时，其它时间亦可。必须选一处绝对安静，空气必须流畅。此功中的呼吸均为鼻吸鼻呼。习此功贵在持之以恒。功中会出现各种幻境，千万不可惧怕，顺其自然。练功中出现自然腾空，应顺其自然，千万不可妄加意念。
　　《鬼狱阴风吼》
　　此功属音波功，以音伤人，以音索魂，亦可以音布罡气，其威力无比，其音如地狱鬼吼，阴风阵阵，使人不攻自退，不寒而栗。
　　第一重：面北而坐，取五心朝天式，上身正直，虚灵顶劲，舌抵上腭，下颌微收，双目平视。双手于下丹田处成托式，即掌心向上，掌指相对，意守丹田一柱香，引真气自督脉、任脉行到中丹田，并在此汇聚成乒乓球大小的真气球，其色赤。口中默念，意念中丹田之真气化为波圈，若水纹之状。碰肤弹回，须反复重阳之数。
　　第二重：意大波圈，自内向外旋为散，自外向内旋为聚，散聚合适为阴阳平衡，阴阳平衡，万物之本。渐如虚空，与宇共振，法同上。
　　第三重：自然站立，双脚与肩同宽，双手自然放于两腿外侧，百会上顶，舌放平，双目平视，调整呼吸，意守丹田一柱香的时间，然后点头，吸气、收腹，口发鬼怪连音，同时意引丹田真气随声音向外扩散；抬头、呼气、口闭，意收回真气归中丹田，如此反复。一点一抬，一上一下，上下起到，喉轮自开，开通喉轮魔音自现。
　　第四重：无相音罡
　　无相音罡，即音罡无形。其秒音无穷，可防敌护体，亦可以音控他人或给他人治病。其练法很简单，只需把“九阴神功”的“先天真气”与“鬼狱阴风吼”之音合二为一就可，具体练习方法可参照以上两法自悟，此不详述。
　　下卷
　　九阴白骨爪
　　爪力无比，鬼气回荡，不攻自惧。其爪可使头骨成孔而不碎，爪心有强大的吸力可隔空取物或吸取他人功力，爪指有强大的透劲可隔空伤人。一收一放，一开一合，合乎武学大道之理。
　　第一重金丝手诀曰：面北背南朝天坐，气行任督贯大椎。意聚丹田一柱香，分支左右聚掌心。打开气海命门穴，气满冲贯十指爪。旋入阴气一坤炉，放收来回金丝手。凡习九阴白骨爪需先习九阴神功百日，于极阴之地，谷地为佳。面北背南，五心朝天坐于低处。双手放于膝上，手心朝下，意守丹田。开气海、命门，旋转吸入阴气汇于丹田。气顺任、督两脉上行汇于大椎穴，于右肩井穴入掌心，气满鼓支，掌起平胸。五指下垂，气贯入指，十指内扣、回拉，手丝为一。回气丹田，温养柱香。
　　第二重摄魂大法訣曰：打开丹田前后门，三昧磷火化无形。吸进鬼狱阴鬼精，阴功在此更为进。此法是一种极秘之法，可开通人的死生之谜，吸取鬼魂之气，同时亦可用此法吸他人功力元神。找一坟场，在半夜无人之时，面北背南，五心朝天，左掌心向上，大拇指扣小指其它三指伸直。左手立于胸前，掌心朝左，大拇指、中、无名、小指内扣，食指伸直，口念咒“探地达摩，无相无上，摄阴摄魂，无畏无惧，阴阳合和，人鬼交战，吗咪呗咪‘口奄'”三十六遍，一遍过于一遍，到最后一遍，只需“吗咪呗咪‘口奄'”。然后双手抬到头上方，合掌，指尖朝天，打开气海、命门两穴，从两穴内射出阴气，成螺旋型由小到大，如龙卷风一样把野魂阴精卷入两穴汇于丹田，练习一柱香的时间后，开始炼熔。双掌放于膝上，掌心朝上，意守丹田中的无数阴魂阴精被丹田阴气形成环状，封闭在内不能出来。意念丹田封魂球开始旋转，同时意念坟场突然起了无数磷火，用同样方法把磷火吸入丹田封魂球外圈，燃烧炼熔阴魂，由慢到快不停旋转，火由小到大，直到化尽为止。收功，温养丹田一柱香。如果用来吸取他人功力或元神其方法于上面同理。
　　第三重白骨练爪诀曰：白骨头上悬，幻化为二骨。阴精悬九穴，左右手中擒。合和为阴珠，吸阴吸精鬼。齐汇坤炉内，回返丹炉内。面北背南，五心朝天，坐于坟场中，意守丹田片刻，意守自身前后有九座坟，突然裂开飞出九个头骨，这时意念打开气海、命门两穴，射出旋转真气由小到大，把九个头骨给悬起来，位于本人头顶上方左右，缓慢旋转。从每一个头骨的两眼射出一条红气线，分别射入百会、玉枕、膻中，左右肩井穴，灵台、气海、命门九大穴道中，并且在每个穴道中渐渐汇聚成一个球，然后这九个红球同时从任督两脉汇于丹田，意守丹田使之气化合。然后运气两掌贯足真气，由于反向力，双掌抬起平胸，在贯入十指，十指突然变爪，这时意念那九个头骨互相幻化，变为两个头骨于胸前方。掌心外突把两个头骨吸入掌中，随后十指内扣抓住头骨，放出真气把头骨抓成十个小孔，然后吸回真气，同时吸取头骨内的阴精归于丹田。收功，温养丹田一柱香。至头骨隔空袭来抓成孔而骨不碎，九阴白骨爪成矣。练之此境界需配合外功练习即第四重。
　　第四重外功诀曰：气至丹田贯十指，倒行古树狸猫功。抓石打铁练指力，内外合修白骨功。平常把内气贯于十指用以隔空取物，在以十指抓，练硬物，所用之物应由轻到重，由近到远。在者可以倒立于树旁，双脚依树，然后用十指抓树缓缓上行，以练指力。此重应与第三重同练。
　　第五重练到第四重此功已成，此第五重为加深功夫，其阴毒程度更甚。用古时棺材、蝙蝠血、砒霜三种物体加水加热后，用以漫手，再练内外功，这样手上有剧毒，以此手伤人无救。
　　《螺旋九影》
　　《螺旋九影》为武林上乘轻功，集身法、步法、罡气于一体。可平地拔起数丈，亦可平空飞行万里，身体周围有一层自然罡气，可攻击外敌。练之上乘可幻化出九个身影，于佛门无上神功“莲台九现”有相同的功效。
　　第一重：室外练功，不准迎风，松去身体裹缠之物，活动一下全身关节，用意念放松全身筋、骨、肉、皮等。然后面北取五心朝天或盘坐，上身正直，虚灵顶劲，舌抵上腭，下微收，双目平视，双手掌心朝上，掌指相对，捧放于丹田处，意守丹田一柱香，接着双手轻轻向上捧，沿任脉路线至膻中穴处，双手变为捧莲花状即双手心相对，掌根相抵，掌指朝上，双手十指自然张开，接着上捧至头顶，同时缓慢吸气，意念随上捧之势，将大地之阴气由会阴穴成螺旋状吸入，经中脉上升以头顶百会穴成螺旋状射出；然后双手变掌心向下，并向下压到丹田处，同时呼气，意念随双手下压之势，将天上之阴精螺旋状吸入百会穴，经中脉由会阴穴成螺旋状射出，如此反复。
　　第二重：第一式：面北而坐，功接上重，五心朝天，上身正直，虚灵顶劲，舌抵上腭，下颌微收，双目平视。双手轻轻提起，掌心朝下，掌指相对放于中脘穴处，双手中指间距离约为一掌宽，双肩下沉，双肘下坠，双臂要“圆鼓”。意念会阴穴射出螺旋状阴气把身体旋入地下，至到地极处。突然螺旋阴气收回，身体如弹簧一样被弹回地面。
　　第二式：要领同。轻抬双手，掌心朝上，掌指相对，高举至头上方，双臂微曲，似曲非曲，似直非直，意念百会穴射出螺旋状阴气，如飞机之螺旋桨，把人身托起，飞到九重天方为极限。此时人体在天空飘浮，突然阴气收回，人从天空掉回地面。
　　第三重：
　　在第二重第一式的基础上打开气海穴，命门穴射出螺旋状真气，环绕身体自左到右，意念身体随螺旋真气之力上升，或平空飞行。同时在练功中加入有外敌入侵，不能入或击伤之意，可同时练习环身罡气。

Scouts life

I am from gryphon scouts, I joined this CCA since secondary 2. I want to slack, want to have rank, want to step down earlier so when I go can slack. If I stepped down, I can don't need to go scouts, Yay! I also can go if I want, but they cannot control me, I am there to assist them if I go. After this month, I will step down. On my uniform, I have very few badges(better than don't have). I want to be leader, so no one can control me wahahaha!! But that teacher never give me any leader badge... But never mind! Cannot be leader, I will be Slacker! SPL = Slacking Patrol Leader, actual meaning is Senior Patrol Leader. Haha!

I had long time update my blog, I'm back to update now so I had to write more on my blog so i must write more. Haha. Now today's date is 2/6/2009, which was my 1year anniversary for my KFC. I remembered that I started working at 2/6/2008, I started working with my friend Jiewei. On few days ago before 2/6/2008, I was at home nothing to do and thinking of start working at KFC or Macdonal. I first call Kangjun, but no one answered my phone. And I think again, still got who is suitable to work with me. I think of Jiewei, so I call and asked him. He answered my phone, telling me what he felt and he was same as me at home nothing to do. So we went to interview together on that day, that day we was very nervous. We do not know whether who go to ask first, so I went to ask the cashier who was Auntie Jenny. I told her " Can I look for the manager? I want to work here. " The manager Mdm Rosita came and gave me 2 forms and they lend me 2 pens. We write our particulars and fill in the form, she asked us a lot questions and told us that she will call by that day to tell us when to work. I waited the whole day for the phone, no one call me. I was very impatient, so I went there again the next day. She told me to wear black shoes, black socks and home clothes there on 2/6/2008. I went with my friend to buy the socks and went there. I remember we cut hair at the Xquizit barber shop on that day, we went to the KFC and Mdm Sammi was the manager who gave us our uniform. They do not have the size of my friend's, need to wait for few minutes to find it. That day, we saw Bengteck, Meijiao and Eleen after changing our clothes into KFC uniform. We felt very uncomfortable when we first wear the uniform. But when time passes, we were used to it. I was working as base, Jiewei working as cook. We like to make a lot of noises in KFC, always give each other signal and Andrew was irritated by it. Time flies very fast, Benjamin sir started to teach me cashier. A lot stories happened in this 1 year. It was very hard for me to say everything. I still remember serene, she was very pretty. I still can remember how she look like now, she quit after her 6 month contract. I missed her very much, I think I will never see her anymore. Her full name is called " Serene Chua Hui Peng ". 永别了， serene.

Fun day

Today morning 6.55am, I wake up and wash up getting myself ready to go Pasir ris. I chatting with Jiewei and Yongwee on phone until Yongwee reached his bus stop. He live in Taman Jurong so need to wait for him to reach my bus stop and Jiewei and me will meet him in the bus 98. We ate our breakfast at Jurong East interchange's kopi shop. The food sucks man, still sell until so expensive in the end not nice at all. We meet the two girls which was Carmen and Lydia there. We took MRT to Pasir ris, went to the Escape theme park. It open at 10am and we reached there very punctual. We play till around 12pm and we get to the Burger King to eat our lunch. Continue play till 4pm plus and we go to the Vivo city. We went there shop with them, go into the so called "Girls shop". We was observing on the things that what girls usually buy, which was sold in the shop. Went to a lot places than we went home at 8pm, taking bus 188 to the bus stop outside my school. Than we separate, we three boy go take bus 98 home. Today Yongwee found new stead, which was Lydia. They look very matching, I think they might get together. Finally this slopy guy Yongwee get a matching girl, feeling happy for him haha LOL. We was out from 7am to 10pm, feeling so good, so tired, so fun.

School life

Today go school so boring, many people never come to school, in school doing nothing as teachers are not teaching. No relieve teacher teach me during my art lesson as I already dropped art so I went to the library. Last time there are teacher teaching me there, now no more teacher teach me as they need to relieve other classes. So boring today, my maths teacher Mr Cheen also never come because his child is sick, so sad. This week Saturday, I am going with Jiewei, Yongwee, Lydia and Carmen to escape theme park. I never go out with the two girls before but never mind just play with them ^^. More people more fun, won't be so boring, haha..

Today I went to Bishan for meeting at the scout's HQ. We had the briefing for the Malaka Trip briefing, we were told that we are going there for making friends from the scouts of Malaysia. After I reached home, my parent told me that we will be going to eat dinner outside. We went to redhill, going there to eat dinner and I thought I never went there before. After that after dinner, we went to IKEA for shopping. When we was walking towards the traffic, I was feeling that the place is very familiar. I went there three times for hiking trip with my scouts, I remember the Macdonal where we eat out dinner before going for the hike. After that another thing came to my mind, which was my manager Benjamin. He was transferred from JE2 to Bukit Merah, and the place is Bukit Merah. Actually I want to go to the KFC over there to visit him, but I never go there in the end.

Jurong Point

Today I ride bicycle towards Jurong Point and ride back to my house. I am already few months never ride bicycle so I decided to go ride bicycle. Today 9.30am I finished my paper, walking back home as I do not want to squeeze with other people inside the bus. I just changed my shirt when I want to go for riding bicycle, changing into my gryphon scout's T-shirt. After I went home, I got nothing to do so I went to watch my VCDs. I suddenly thought of the portable DVD player, wanted to buy it so I decided to go Jurong Point again. At there I make my decision, looking at the prices and the qualities and chooses not to buy in the end. I end up buying ice-cream in macdonal, the strawberry sunday which was my favorite ice cream. That cashier was so lousy, the ice-cream she gave me was over filled and it dirtied my hand. I go take serviettes and wrap around the ice-cream preventing it from dirtying my hand again.

Working as a cashier

Today I worked as a cashier same as this Tuesday, beginning I thought I will be unable to remember how to do cashier. Now, I remembered everything about cashier and I can catch up with cashier. I am afraid that my customers must wait very long for the orders so I will do as fast as I can. I will try to do my best in cashier and give my customers the best service. The only thing I cannot do well in cashier is the CHAMPS steps. I will forget to suggest pie and repeating order unless I am unsure about the order then I will repeat my order. Tomorrow going to work 3pm to 10pm as base, luckily it is 3pm or I will be very tired by tomorrow.

Today I watched the show digimon movie, I only like the starting part of the movie where got the song. Okay, lets not talk about this show, now I go work because I want to earn back those money that I spend away. Now lets talk about me. I like to watch dramas, watch those chinese fighting's drama especially huge acting. I like to eat chocolates and snacks. I know how to play badminton, bowling and basketball. I know how to cycle, swimming and train in gym. I hate to read story book, disturb and ignores. Now I want my english to improve, so I bought a comprehension N level book.

Late for school

I go late for school today because I set wrong alarm, I always do 2 alarms on my hand phone, one on normal alarm and the other on calender alarm. The calender alarm I should put today's alarm but I put wrong, put on the alarm tomorrow meaning wrong date. I reached school at 10.30pm, I should reach school before 9.30pm. When I reached there, the security guard want me to go general office to get the person write something to discipline master. My operation manager want me to take my temperature ensuring that I am not having fever, after that he gave me a form to let my teacher sign and return back during recess. This is my first time late in this term, so I will try not to do the same mistake again in the next time and I will take it as a lesson. After school, I bought a N level comprehension book to practice on my own. Haha

Darkness Palm, 黑暗神阴掌

Today I am going to highlight a topic, which was my special move, Darkness Palm. This move consist a of two different styles( single palm strike and cross palm strike ). Single Palm Strike is a strike only use one palm to hit the target. Cross Palm Strike is done by using two palm, consists of one Attacker Palm and one Supporting Palm. Attacker Palm is the palm in front and Supporting Palm is behind. Supporting Palm give Attacker Palm energy force to enhance the power given out, causing damage to an object. This move may seems like the Attacker Palm is causing damage but actually the Attacker Palm is not using any strength, it is acting as a tanker to tank all damage taken when it hit the target and Supporting Palm give energy to Attacker palm. Advantage of Single Palm Strike is easily cast during confusion but there is also disadvantage, which was not stronger enough than Cross Palm Strike. It do few damage but easily used, using for casual time. As for Cross Palm Strike, it is a more powerful move.

Catering

This few days I doing catering at kfc, start working from 5am till 9am+ then go to eat. Today I eat at 10am plus because I need to do my opening, I start opening slow because of my friend, KangJun. He start work at 8am but come at 9am, or else he already started doing whip potatoes at 8am. I stop catering at 9am so I had no time to do opening at 8am. I have to help him in doing whip potatoes or else I can start eating earlier, my manager do not allow me to eat because I need to help him finish opening. So sad, this Friday my friend KangJun caused me cannot eat again as I skipped my dinner because of his stupid excuses. I allow him to eat first and I can go eat after he done, but he do not want to eat and told me I cannot eat as he also never eat. What a good excuse he gave me... He can not to eat but I must eat, because by this way I can replenish my energy back. Even he allow me to eat, I also cannot eat in a peace as I do not want to make him solo, it is hard for a person to solo base during tiredness.
